  8.        In licensing this version of TIME IS MONEY with source code
  9.        included, the Licensee agrees not to distribute the source code
  10.        or portions thereof in any form without the express written per-
  11.        mission of CUSTOM DATA SOLUTIONS.  All other distribution files
  12.        may be distributed provided no charge is made for the software
  13.        therein.  The Foxbase+ runtime system may not be distributed 
  14.        under any circumstances, and the Foxbase+ compiled version of
  15.        Time is Money is for the use of registered users only.

  17.        The source code for TIME IS MONEY may be altered only for the
  18.        personal use of the Licensee, and may not be included in appli-
  19.        cations used by others.  Support for altered versions of TIME IS
  20.        MONEY will be attempted if you are still within the scope of your
  21.        support contract (2 hours with the source version), but no guar-
  22.        antees will be made as to the results of support on altered code.

  24.        Custom Data Solutions reserves the right to make changes to this
  25.        code at any time, and to distribute TIM in any way chosen.  CDS
  26.        will attempt to make changes suggested by licensed users at no
  27.        charge, if such changes are deemed by the author to be in the
  28.        best interest of the development of TIM.  Other custom changes
  29.        are available at rates to be agreed upon by both parties.
